FUNDING
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme under grant agreement No101129645
OUR mission
Our mission is to develop highly functional, miniaturized and energy-efficient PICs, which are also easy to manufacture at cost effectively. The focus is on the creation of an integrated optical circulator, an essential component for the protection, distribution and integration of optical functions in various PIC architectures. The key will be an approach based on magneto-optical nanoparticle-composite sol-gel material and on the magneto-biplasmonic effect, enabling the optical circulator to be integrated monolithically into any photonic platform.
